I work with children, teens, young adults, caregivers, and groups from diverse backgrounds. I specialize in anxiety, anger management, ADHD, depression, LGBTQIA+ issues, life transitions, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, trauma, PTSD, and developing coping skills.
My approach
Using Positive Psychology, person-centered therapy, and evidence-based strategies, I will partner with you to deepen self-understanding and discover what inspires you to live your best life. I draw upon CBT, DBT, Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based approaches.
