I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, and relationship issues using an eclectic therapeutic approach.

I find that my approach is best with adults who are dealing with life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence, and social pressure. This can take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, and unhealthy habits. I help my clients navigate these life challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and define meaning and purpose.
