I believe that as long as we are living, we have the potential to grow and change. Through this work, I seek to help people realize this potential to achieve meaningful improvement in their lives.
My focus
I work with adults and adolescents. I am most confident in treating anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, and interpersonal relationship issues. I have also done a lot of work with trauma, grief, and Borderline Personality Disorder. In the past few years, I have been broadening my repertoire to treat OCD and Trichotillomania.
My approach
The approaches I use most are ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and DBT. The approach I use on any given client depends on the specific situation and symptoms and will take into consideration the client's preferences and response.
