My approach
I believe effective treatment is not one-size-fits-all. Depending on the specific issues you're struggling with, I draw upon a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety Protocol, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing.
