I work with young adults from various backgrounds, supporting those dealing with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and women's issues.

My focus

I primarily work with young adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and women's issues. I also enjoy supporting preteens and teens as they learn to better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy ways to cope with challenges.

My approach

I utilize person-centered and solution-focused approaches to help you achieve your goals. Whatever you'd like to talk about or work on is completely up to you and at your pace. It is my hope to guide you through your current struggles so you can navigate life in a healthy, peaceful, and joyful way.
