My approach to treatment is individualized. I will work with you at your pace. I will give you time to talk about the issues that are most important to you in a kind, compassionate manner.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have over 20 years of experience working with families and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked as a forensic social worker advocating for those in the legal and mental health systems. I have had the opportunity to work as a therapist in several health settings, clinics, hospitals, trauma units, and private care.

My goals for you

I have found that not only talking about your problems is helpful, but also utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, problem-solving therapy, interpersonal counseling, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, as well as other scientifically based treatment modalities, can be helpful.
