Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to better understand what's holding you back and help you create meaningful, lasting change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My mental health career started as a case manager in community behavioral health. After learning Cognitive Behavioral techniques, I realized how prevalent mental health issues are in the community, which made me obtain my MFT degree and now my LMFT. I aspire to support and empower others throughout their mental health journey.

My goals for you

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence, and develop practical tools to handle life's challenges. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more resilient, create meaningful change, and live a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.

Our first session

Our first session will include an introduction among us, providing information on informed consent, mandated reporting, and HIPAA compliance. Clients are welcome to ask me any questions, and we will discuss the client's goals and past experiences. We will work together on the treatment plan and schedule the next appointment.
