My ideal client is ready to understand what's holding them back, initiate change, and break through unhelpful patterns.

I see everything through an attachment lens because we are social creatures shaped by our relationships. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and utilize mindfulness, CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic interventions depending on your specific needs.
