My first session with you
In our first session, we will focus on understanding your unique story, current struggles, and hopes for therapy. I will listen attentively to gain a holistic picture of your situation. Together, we will begin to identify treatment goals and craft a personalized plan to help you achieve meaningful and lasting positive change. You can expect a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative environment where your voice is heard and respected.
