As a mental health professional, I strive to serve those in need so they can improve their life and help destigmatize mental health in society. With a Master's degree in Counseling and experience in child and family development, I bring a unique perspective when working with individuals, adolescents, and children.
My approach
My therapeutic approach draws upon developmental and attachment perspectives to guide people in acquiring tools and skills to address stressful situations. I utilize modalities such as Attachment-based therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Sensitive approaches, Psychodynamic therapy, and Strength-Based interventions.
My focus
I specialize in working with adolescents/teens and individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, cultural stress, depression, parenting, school issues, self-esteem, stress, and women's issues. My patient focus includes serving both individuals and minors between the ages of 13-17.
