My journey to mental healthcare

My path into social work began as a crisis phone counselor, where I witnessed the profound impact of loneliness and the healing that happens when someone feels truly seen. I'm continually inspired by my clients' willingness to look within, to be present with discomfort, and to move toward change.

My goals for you

We will collaborate to set goals that feel meaningful and flexible, with space for them to evolve as you do. Sometimes progress means making a tangible shift, and sometimes it's simply growing your capacity to be with what is.

In our first session, you'll be met with warmth and curiosity. I intend to get to know you—your story, your hopes, and your needs—and for you to get a sense of how I work. Above all, this first meeting is about building safety and trust, at your pace.
