I communicate with warmth, openness, and respect while maintaining a focused and goal-oriented approach. Clients often describe me as approachable and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel both supported and challenged to grow.

My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve known since I was a child that I wanted to help others. My values and morals have always guided me toward supporting people through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and respect. I value the opportunity to walk alongside you and being able to hold hope on your behalf, especially on the hard days.

My goals for you

I help clients identify meaningful and realistic goals by exploring their strengths, values, and motivations for change. Together, we create a clear plan that guides our work and allows us to track progress along the way. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical tools and strategies.

Our first session

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, explore what’s been challenging, and discuss what you hope to gain from our work together. My hope is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and confident about the path ahead.
