My focus
I enjoy working with clients who are under stress, have anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, grief, self-esteem, anger management, and coping with life changes. I not only provide emotional support and psycho-education, but I also teach coping skills that are applicable to the real world.
My approach
My main treatment approaches are centered around CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and MCBT (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). In action, this means I listen to my clients without judgment, seek to understand them, and, based on each client's specific needs, collaborate with them to provide the best care possible.
