My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up in a low-income community, I witnessed the negative stigmas surrounding mental health. I recognized that people from all walks of life struggled with their well-being, often unaware of available resources. This inspired me to pursue therapy, with the goal of educating others about mental health and the importance of seeking support.
