Hi there, I'm Julie!

"Though we seem to be sleeping, there is an inner wakefulness that directs the dream, and will eventually startle us back to the truth of who we are." - Rumi I seek to assist each person with whom I work to find their light, that inner spark that makes you feel alive. We explore dreams and symbols that guide us to the deeper parts of the soul that need healing. We learn how to tap into the inner child that is crying out to be heard but can't quite find the words to express herself. Therapy becomes a place of creative and experiential exploration, where old and frozen patterns melt and open the path to new ways of being.
