My focus is clear—it’s to get individuals and families back on their feet, feeling happier, independent and definitely not reliant on needing therapy for the rest of their lives ;) I don’t work for you, I work ~with~ you, in a humble, collaborative way. My focus
In my 25+ years of clinical work, I have had the privilege of working with SO many different people. Each one is tucked in my heart—and I have no favorite type of client. It is my responsibility to gain the trust of everyone I meet with. I work hard to earn a “seat at their table” so I can have the honor of listening to their life’s complications.

I will help you outline what small steps you can start to take in order to create the shifts that you are hoping for. Then, I will walk this path of progress alongside you while we experience growth, tenacity and humor along the way.
