Welcome, I’m an LCSW and NBC-HWC. I help busy, overwhelmed adults reconnect with themselves, reduce anxiety, and feel more grounded through a mindful, compassionate approach to therapy and wellness.
My focus
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or disconnected from themselves—especially caregivers, professionals, and high achievers who are used to taking care of everyone else first. My clients struggle with stress, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling like they’ve “lost themselves.” I help them slow down, understand.
My approach
I take a warm, collaborative, and mindful approach to therapy. I combine evidence-based practices like CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion with a focus on the mind-body connection. Together, we’ll uncover what’s behind your stress or emotional pain, build practical tools for daily life, and help you feel more grounded, authentic, and in control.
