My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been driven by the thought that there is a solution or meaning for everything. I had the opportunity to work with many individuals, dealing with stress, trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I have been witness to the resiliency and powerful outcomes based on individual willingness to grow and change.

We will work together to establish trust, as I will be very transparent, open, warm, and caring for your mental health needs.
