Hi there, I'm Kim!

I offer a safe, grounded space for adults and adolescents to address depression, anxiety, and trauma including domestic violence and emotionally abusive relationships, grief and life transitions. I help you identify your strengths, shore up skills, and explore what prevents you from feeling connected to yourself and others.

My focus

I work with adults and older adolescents to address depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, emotionally abusive relationships, grief, and life transitions. Whether you feel stuck in relationships, jobs, or patterns that frustrate or confuse you, we'll work within the context of your culture and values.

My approach

I utilize EMDR, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, and family systems. Some approaches focus on how early life experiences impact current symptoms, patterns, and behaviors, while others focus on how you think and feel in the here and now. The approaches may be combined or excluded based on what suits you best.
