Hi there, I'm George!

I help people discover the blocks that get in the way of being their best selves. I provide a safe space to process emotion and trauma, move through it, and heal.

My focus

I work with individuals, teens, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, anger management, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating disorders, substance use, codependency, parenting, self-esteem, stress, coping skills, and domestic violence.

My approach

I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and healing modalities that have been successful for many people in my practice. My approach draws from Christian counseling, client-centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, emotionally focused therapy, family systems, narrative therapy, and solution-focused work.
