My communication style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and not judged, while also being gently direct when it’s helpful. I balance curiosity and reflection with practical feedback, so sessions feel both supportive and meaningful.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a provider through my own mental health journey, including struggles with anxiety, identity, and shame. I’ve always been drawn to deep conversations, travel, and understanding people’s inner worlds. That combination led me to therapy, where I now support others in making sense of their experiences and finding healing and self-understanding

My goals for you

I help clients clarify goals and break them into small, manageable steps. Together we explore underlying patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics while also building practical tools for change. We regularly check in and adjust goals as needed, so therapy stays collaborative, flexible, and focused on meaningful, sustainable progress.

Our first session

A first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you’d like support with, and your goals. I’ll ask some gentle questions and share how I work. The focus is on creating a comfortable space where you feel heard and supported.
