I consider myself to be very empathic and utilize a communication style sensitive to the needs and emotions of clients.

I believe all individuals are valuable and have a story to share. I find working with individuals in therapy is a privilege and passion that I approach with great respect, sensitivity, and responsibility.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is initially to identify, explore, and resolve underlying issues that often disrupt goals and success. Once those underlying issues are addressed, goals are clearly defined, and focus is shifted to improving motivation, skill development, building positive habits, and evaluation.

Our first session

During the first session, the client should expect the opportunity to speak honestly in a non-judgmental environment while building therapeutic rapport essential to the counseling and psychotherapy process.
