Hi there, I'm Kimberely!

Hi, my name is Kimberely Beeli, LCSW. I have been treating clients for over 25 years and enjoy helping people to make changes that result in a better quality of life, more fulfilling relationships, and a better understanding of how their patterns affect their quality of life. I work with clients of all ages, and I approach each client with curiosity and respect, as well as a desire to help them to live their best life.

My approach

With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, which have been proven effective in helping individuals achieve lasting change.

My focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families overcome life's challenges. I have extensive training and experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families struggling with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship problems, and grief and loss.

My communication style

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I will work with you as a team to help you identify and achieve your treatment goals. In a collaborative therapeutic relationship, you and I will work together to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your unique needs and preferences. This may involve exploring your thoughts and feelings, identifying patterns in your behavior, and developing new coping skills and strategies. As your therapist, I will work with you to create a safe, non-judgmental space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. I will also actively listen to your feedback and adjust their approach as needed to ensure that you feel heard and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

My goals for you

Goal setting should be a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. I like to start by asking the client what they hope to achieve through therapy and what specific goals they would like to work on. I encourage clients to be specific and concrete in their goal setting, rather than setting vague or unrealistic goals. Once we have identified several goals, it's important to prioritize them. This can help the client focus on the most important areas of their life and avoid feeling overwhelmed or discouraged. To help clients stay motivated and track their progress, it's important to make goals measurable. This means breaking down larger goals into smaller, achievable steps that can be monitored and evaluated over time.
