I have worked with many diverse identities and populations, especially Spanish-speaking individuals. I have worked with young adults who are first-generation in higher education and struggling with anxiety and depression.
My approach
During therapy sessions, my focus is to integrate acceptance, empathetic, strength-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed strategies. I integrate a variety of techniques, trauma-focused CBT, including mindfulness practices. I use evidence-based interventions to meet your needs.
