If you are struggling with an issue and have decided you are ready to discuss, process, and see change, then I am ready to work with you. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and many other concerns, who need support and seek a better understanding of their needs.
My approach
I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief (SFBT), Strength-Based, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and Christian Counseling (if wanting to incorporate faith) to help you identify and control your thought patterns, emotions, and behavior to address change. Together, we will discuss how to decipher what is right for you.
