I approach therapy with a strength-based lens, focused on client-centered care.

My focus

I have worked with a wide variety of clientele and enjoy working with adolescents all the way to senior citizens. I have worked heavily with substance use disorders, trauma, family ruptures, and government systems of care.

My approach

I'm humanistic and psychodynamic by nature with an eclectic process. The most common theoretical approaches I use include Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My communication style

I create an open and welcoming space where my clients feel completely free to be themselves without judgment. I believe that as human beings, we are most likely to embrace change and evolve when we feel comfortable and accepted for our true selves.

Driven by personal experience and a deep understanding of adversity, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy. With a background shaped by a family who struggled with substance use and mental health challenges, I bring empathy, insight, and a commitment to fostering healing and growth.
