Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I know that life can throw a lot at us, and the impact of those challenges can affect our relationships, sense of self, and mental health. I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping my clients move toward healing and growth.

I enjoy working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem, identity issues, and LGBTQ+ populations.
