My journey to mental healthcare

After working in schools as a grant writer and counselor, I realized I needed stronger tools to truly support mental health. I've found a calling helping adults discover that they're not broken—they just haven't been taught the emotional skills they need yet.

Our first session

We'll take time to get to know each other, review informed consent, and explore your concerns, hopes, and expectations for therapy. Through a thoughtful assessment of symptoms, life experiences, strengths, and stressors, we'll begin to identify meaningful goals.
