I work collaboratively with clients to provide insight, compassion, and encouragement. Self-care, setting boundaries, practicing mindfulness, and maintaining gratitude are encouraged. My sessions aim to improve your well-being and provide peace. Trauma happens to us, but we can choose healing and recovery.

My focus

I typically work with clients navigating self-esteem issues, relationship issues, parenting struggles, work problems, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I have experience working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ as well as multicultural clients.

My approach

I commonly utilize CBT and mindfulness approaches. I am trauma-sensitive and work to create a safe space where healing can unfold. These tools help you understand patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and build resilience.

My communication style

We all need to feel seen, heard, and supported. I listen empathetically and provide insight and tools. I am non-judgmental and collaborative, creating a space where you can be yourself without fear of criticism.

I have always been compassionate toward others. I not only have professional expertise but also lived experience. I have been on my own therapeutic journey and found so much value in the support and tools I received. My goal is to provide insight, instill hope, and inspire growth. Healing is possible.
