I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I believe therapy works best when clients can sense the humanity of their therapist, knowing they are working with someone authentic, empathetic, and deeply invested in their growth. I believe it’s important for clients to experience their therapist as a real human being.

I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns that keep them from living fulfilling lives or having meaningful relationships. Many of my clients have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions and are looking for clarity, support, and tools to move forward.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct, so you feel both supported and guided in your journey. I assist clients in identifying patterns, defenses, and coping strategies that may have once been protective but are now preventing growth and connection. Together, we create space for self-discovery, healing, and building new ways.
