My communication style

I have a very open communication style and interact actively with my clients. I'm not a therapist who sits in silence. After sessions, you'll be able to see things more clearly in your life. My personality is relaxed and intense at the same time.

My journey to mental healthcare

I wanted to understand myself better and my family dynamics. This journey made me realize that if I could be healed, I might help others deal with their pain. Understanding oneself is the ultimate goal.

My goals for you

Goal setting needs to be understood and agreed upon. I may have a goal that I think would benefit you, but you may have different goals, and I respect this. Goals are like a map—they need to be realistic and achievable.

Our first session

The first session involves some paperwork and history questions as we get to know one another. I think of therapy as finding a comfortable pair of shoes—sometimes it's the first pair, but it may take trying a few to find the right fit. The first session is about deciding if you're comfortable with my approach and personality.
