Welcome! I offer therapy for adults both in person and online. My approach is based on what we know about attachment, trauma, and resilience. With support, people can grow even in and through painful experiences. I enjoy helping individuals identify what matters most to them in life and set meaningful goals with this in mind.
My focus
People come to me looking for relief from painful emotions, trying to better understand themselves, and to deal with stress, change, and loss. Many are managing transitions in their lives. I am experienced in helping people cope with depression, anxiety, and grief.
