I work with adults and couples navigating mood disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ concerns, communication struggles, trust issues, conflict resolution, recurring patterns, mood instability, and unresolved trauma. My ideal clients are motivated to make meaningful change but feel stuck understanding why and how.
