I have experience working with children, adults, and families specifically with those who experience traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and behavioral issues.
My focus
I predominantly work with high complex needs children and adolescents with child welfare and probation involvement. While the majority of my focus is on this population, I also provide therapeutic support to the entire family system with concerns that may include family conflict and parenting.
My approach
My style is a strengths-based and client-centered approach. I utilize a variety of therapeutic styles such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Mindfulness techniques. My approach in therapy is to help others navigate through life's challenges and create solutions to address those challenges.
