I grew up in a community where mental health resources were limited for black youth. That experience inspired me to become a therapist who creates spaces where Black youth and young adults feel seen, understood, and supported. I work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

My ideal client is ready to do the work, open to change, and willing to be honest about their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Therapy is a partnership—I provide guidance, support, and tools, but lasting growth happens when clients are committed to applying what they learn.
