Hi there, I'm Robey!

I am a compassionate LMFT who creates a welcoming & affirming space. I help people process trauma through somatic & mindfulness interventions, as well as traditional talk-therapy approaches. I start from a humanistic perspective built on empathy & acceptance. In addition to relieving symptoms, I seek to help people build agency & self-esteem.

My focus

It takes courage to confront trauma, depression, anxiety, and mental health symptoms, and to put into action a personal process of transformation. I can help you on your journey to reduce a variety of symptoms from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as help you create, expand, and solidify adaptive life practices.

My approach

I ground my approach in somatic & focused-mindfulness practices like Brainspotting. I also use Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialectic, Acceptance & Commitment, Solution-focused, eclectic, & Existential therapies when using traditional, talk-therapy practices. When working with couples, I use somatic grounding & emotionally-focused communication practices.
