I value open and honest communication and aim to foster a space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey toward becoming a therapist began with a strong interest in understanding human behavior. I earned my undergraduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, which provided me with a solid foundation in human motivation, group dynamics, and organizational systems.

My goals for you

I believe that clients are the experts on their own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I work collaboratively with you to explore your concerns, identify your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan. We'll partner to navigate your journey, offering guidance and support as you work towards creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

During our first session, we'll get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. You can share your concerns and goals, and we'll explore if my services are a good fit for you. I'll answer any questions you may have and strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
