I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship stress, low self-esteem, and identity issues. I'm most successful when I can be direct, curious, and open-minded, and when clients are completely transparent. I build a therapeutic relationship where you can express thoughts and feelings freely without fear of judgment.
