My communication style

Working with me means stepping into a space where you don't have to have it all figured out. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up as you are. You can expect me to be engaged, honest, and empathetic, always working to understand your experiences and help you build tools for growth and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in athletics, I was taught to keep emotions in check. In college, I began struggling with personal challenges and noticed many peers facing similar difficulties with little support available. This sparked my desire to address the gap in mental health support.

My goals for you

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. We'll start by identifying what matters most to you and what you'd like to get out of therapy. From there, I'll tailor our sessions based on your needs, checking in regularly to make sure we're moving in a direction that feels helpful and meaningful.

Our first session

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you as a whole person. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to work on, but I'll also ask about your background, values, and experiences that have shaped you. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. We'll go at your pace.
