I also help individuals with depression, anxiety, and PTSD develop the coping skills needed to manage their everyday lives. I utilize mindfulness, CBT, TF-CBT, art therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and psychodynamic techniques. My approach is strength-based and client-centered, offering support and empowering you to gain self-confidence through the recovery process.
