My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into the mental health field began in adolescences as I developed a curiosity for human behavior. Since then, I have worked in spaces cultivating skills to become an empathetic and supportive therapist to my clients.

My goals for you

The work we will do together will always be collaborative and supportive. As such, together we will set goals that matter most to you whether it's improving your self-esteem, developing strategies to manage daily stress, or improving interpersonal relationship. If your goals change throughout treatment, rest assured we'll adapt to meet your needs.

Our first session

Deciding to work on your mental well-being is a big step in one's life. As such, our first appointment will be an opportunity for both you and I to get to know each other and create goals that align with your presenting needs. Rest assured, we will move at your pace throughout your treatment.
