I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services across the state of CA. I believe that the hardships of your past don't define you and that real change is possible. I work with adults and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and navigating life transitions.

My focus

I work with adults of all genders and sexualities whose past life experiences or trauma are impacting their daily lives. I support my clients along their path of seeking peace within themselves and stability in their relationships. I also enjoy supporting folks navigating anxiety and life transitions, as well as working with college students.

My approach

My approach to therapy emphasizes the importance of creating a safe space for you to address past and present experiences. I have received advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as training in treating complex trauma. I individualize my treatment approach based on your needs and feedback.
