The types of clients that I see in private practice include people who are open minded, creative, and are willing to learn. My clients want to take control of their lives but don't necessarily know where to start. My clients struggle with irrational beliefs about themselves and the world we live in.
My approach
Depending on your goals, I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Psychoeducation on the mind-body connection. We can work together to find the best approach for healing from trauma and unhealthy patterns.
