My sense of purpose is to try to help others. Over the last 41 years, I have worked in various positions to learn and help as much as I can. Over the last 20 years, I have been a licensed MFT, still doing all I can to provide, listen, support, and offer guidance for all who ask.

My journey to mental healthcare

Abused as a child, physical, emotional, psychlogical, bullied at school, chronic long-term depression until therapy began for me as an adult, the more I learned about it, the more I wanted to know.

My goals for you

At times, clients come in and want a practical and direct, measurable approach, and we develop goals together and discuss progress on them. Goals are client-driven.
