I balance a collaborative and directive approach. Together, we will share insights and design your unique treatment goals. To keep your progress on track, I also provide structure by teaching practical skills, assigning active homework, and establishing clear timelines.

My journey to mental healthcare

While earning my undergraduate degree in psychology, I realized early on that my calling was to support individuals through their most vulnerable moments. I am deeply passionate about this work, and I often find that I learn as much from my clients' resilience as they do from our sessions together.

By providing a safe, non-judgmental environment that honors client defenses while gently guiding growth. Through collaborative goal-setting, we define what a truly meaningful life looks like.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish trust. I'll ask about your background, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy, while you'll have space to share your story at your own pace. There's no pressure to share everything at once - we build understanding together over time.
