When I was younger, I always liked to help others in different situations. As I was going through my journey in life, I realized that becoming a therapist is something I wanted to become. I'm passionate about supporting people through their challenges.
My focus
I typically work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress-related issues. I feel comfortable treating clients who want to learn new ways of problem-solving, helping to process their thoughts and feelings, and participating in role-playing exercises.
My approach
My approach to therapy integrates CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I work with my clients on identifying ways to cope with stress and develop problem-solving strategies. I utilize mindfulness and encourage journaling and deep breathing exercises.
