I work with teens and adults in all stages of life experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, OCD, ADHD, grief, trauma, relationship issues, emotional and behavioral concerns, career and life decisions, autism, and substance use issues.
My approach
My approach is eclectic and action-oriented. To feel better, you must act and think better. We control our actions most directly. We cannot control others, and trying creates conflict. Better relationships come from controlling what we do. Accepting this increases our power, freedom, belonging, meaning, and fun.
