I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I work with individuals, couples, families, adults, and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges.

My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others to help clients achieve positive behavior change and improved well-being.
My focus
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, psychosis, autism spectrum disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and many other conditions. I am comfortable working with clients across the lifespan, from preteens to adults.
