We are all trying to be the best version of ourselves and sometimes we need help learning who that person is. I believe that the purpose of therapy is to help you identify challenges that are preventing you from becoming the person you want to be and living a happy, healthy life.

I have a passion for working with individuals seeking support with depression, trauma, anxiety, relationship satisfaction, career changes, body image, cultural identity, gender expression, kink, and mental health needs related to Black and LGBTQ+ communities.

Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support you in identifying your strengths to empower you to overcome the challenges affecting your happiness and growth. I utilize Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-informed care, and Cognitive behavioral therapy to help you get the support you deserve.
