I will never push you faster than you are ready to go, but I will gently challenge you when it serves your growth. I believe that real change comes from helping you build the kind of relationships, both with yourself and others, that allow you to truly thrive.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for supporting children and families began while working in a school setting, where I witnessed firsthand the growing mental health and behavioral challenges students face. This experience inspired me to pursue my doctorate, deepening my expertise so I could better address the increasing needs of children and their caregivers.

My goals for you

I encourage clients and families to express themselves in their own way, fostering a natural conversational tone and rapport. This helps clients feel comfortable sharing their ideas and aspirations, which is essential for setting personalized and realistic goals.

Our first session

Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. I will ask about what brought you in, what life looks like for you right now, and what you are hoping therapy might offer. There is no pressure to share everything at once. My goal is for you to leave feeling clearer about whether we are the right fit for each other.
