Hi there, I'm Jeremy!

I serve individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. I respect diversity and differences, and I'm a proud ally to all who need a safe space to be heard and seek help.

My focus

My goal is to help when the skills and abilities that helped us get this far in life just don't seem to work or even become a problem for us to overcome current challenges. I focus on the whole person and find ways to begin experiencing the world in a new way to make desired changes.

My approach

My approach focuses on the person and the experiences and meaning we make of the world around us, how we fit into it, and how we communicate to others and ourselves. We are all surviving the best we can with the skills we learn from family, friends, and work to find success and happiness.

I use a different language, unique to you, to help you gain a new perspective on how you see your life and your role in it.

My journey to mental healthcare

I draw from all of this experience to understand and respect the journey we are all on and how unique and challenging it can be. I work to make sure you treat your journey with the same respect and do not compare yourself to others. You are as unique as your fingerprints, and there is no shame in living life your way.

My goals for you

In my experience, language before therapy is based on what we think is going on. This language changes over time, and we learn new ways to describe what we are working on, and goals tend to slowly be redefined. Seeking help with something is often a great way to start. We can redefine it as we go, no pressure.

Our first session

My first session is always about joining with you on your journey and developing a better understanding of what you need, not what you think is wrong with you. I have a goal of giving at least one skill during the first session to begin living your life a little differently and breathe a little easier.
